博士后（生物信息学方向）

张勇教授课题组依托于同济大学生命科学与技术学院生物信息学系、同济大学附属东方医院再生医学研究所。课题组研究方向：通过开发生物信息学算法和人工智能模型，解析细胞命运决定过程中染色质调控信息的建立及作用机制。课题组目前承担多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金，具有浓厚的科研氛围和完备的配套条件。

岗位要求

• 近期获得生物信息学相关领域的博士学位；

• 至少以第一作者在Genome Biology、Genome Research等生物信息学主流学术刊物上发表过论文；

• 做事认真踏实，责任心强，有良好的与人相处和沟通的能力及团队合作精神。

Postdoc Positions (Bioinformatics)

Postdoc positions in bioinformatics are available in the laboratory of Prof. Yong Zhang at Tongji University. The long-term goal of the lab is to elucidate how chromatin regulatory information is established and how it functions during cell fate determination by developing bioinformatics algorithms and AI models.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics or computational biology;

• At least one first author paper published in Genome Biology, Genome Research or above.
