博士后（生物信息学方向）

张勇教授课题组依托于同济大学生命科学与技术学院生物信息学系、同济大学附属东方医院再生医学研究所。课题组研究方向针对高通量生物学数据，结合生物信息学方法发展与深度数据分析，研究细胞命运决定过程中的表观遗传信息建立及预编程机制。课题组目前承担多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金，具有浓厚的科研氛围和完备的配套条件。

岗位要求

• 近期获得生物信息学相关领域的博士学位；

• 至少以第一作者在Bioinformatics、PLoS Computational Biology等生物信息学主流学术刊物上发表过论文；

• 做事认真踏实，责任心强，有良好的与人相处和沟通的能力及团队合作精神。
  

博士后招聘

• 博士后薪金待遇40-43万 (获博新计划资助者待遇为52-55万；获上海市超博计划资助者待遇为46-49万)，博士后期间表现优异者可留校进入教师岗位。

Postdoc Positions (Bioinformatics)

Postdoc positions in bioinformatics are available in the laboratory of Prof. Yong Zhang at Tongji University. The long-term goal of the lab is to understand the epigenetic priming effects on stem cell differentiation and embryonic development through computational analysis of genomic and epigenomic data. The full-time postdoct compensation is 400K ~ 430K RMB / year (520K ~ 550K RMB / year for 博新计划 fellow; 460K ~ 490K RMB / year for 上海市超博计划 fellow).

Requirements:

• Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics or computational biology;

• At least one first author paper published in Bioinformatics, PLoS Computational Biology or above.
